Throughout this policy, the Alice In LahLah Land's website and any other related social media or web content- the use of the words ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ refers at all times to Alice In LahLah Land.  Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers at all times to the users and customers of our website. 

 

Alice In LahLah Land directs all users to the below set of Terms and Conditions, which constitute the Terms of Use for this website and related social media under the Alice In LahLah Land brand. 

 

By purchasing Alice In LahLah Land's product, you are engaging in our service and agree at all times to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. When you purchase one of our products, we assume that you have read and understood the following.

 

 

 

OUR BRAND

 

The Alice In LahLah Land brand aims to provide our customers with quality home products and services. Our product designs are created with luxury and simplicity in mind. We use only what is necessary to produce beautiful products that bring happiness to you and your home.

 

 

 

OUR PRODUCT SERVICE

 

When purchasing one of our products, we need to collect certain pieces of information from you. This information includes identifiable information such as your name, email address and postal address. This information is used strictly to provide you with the best service possible and deliver your products to you. None of your personal information is shared with anyone for any reason. 

 

We accept payment via PayPal. We will only complete your order once payment has been 

made and has cleared. 

 

Alice In LahLah Land reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Alice In LahLah Land also reserves the right to cancel an order placed with us at any time, without consequence. We will inform you, as soon as practicable, if there is a delay or cancellation in relation to your order.

 

 

 

CHANGES TO OUR WEBSITE

 

 Alice In LahLah Land may make any changes to our website or service at any time without notice or consequence. Any such changes will appear on our website and will take effect and apply to all users as 

soon as they are published. 

 

Furthermore, we reserve the right to make changes to the prices of our products at any time.

 

 

 

 

DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS

 

We know you want to receive your beautiful Alice In LahLah Land products as quickly as possible. Many of our designs are made to order. As soon as your order is placed and payment has cleared, we will lovingly and individually create your product for you. Because of this, it can take up to 5 business days before your items are shipped to you. After this time, your order can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to reach you safely.

 

Any international orders can take 5-17 business days to reach you.

 

 

MELTED CANDLES

 

Due to Alice In LahLah Land's Candles being made of 100% Soy Wax, they have a lower melting point. 

Unfortunatley once your candles have been dispatched from Alice In LahLah Land's HQ, we can no longer be held responsible for any damage or mishandling that may occur during transit. If your product has been damaged during transit we ask that you contact us at info@aliceinlahlahland.com.au within 7 business days of 

receiving your faulty or damaged order.

 

Please include in your communications, your order number and clear photographic evidence of the melted Candle so that we may assess it. Your photograph must be a full picture of the product including the label so that we can see, clearly, the damage claimed on the relevant product.

 

Refunds or replacements will only be given in the event that a product is deemed to be damaged and is excluding 

the cost of delivery, which will be charged to the client.

 

 

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

 

We take great care during the process of creating, packing and shipping your product orders. As such, they should arrive to you in perfect condition. In the rare event that orders are either faulty or are damaged in transit, we ask that you contact us at info@aliceinlahlahland.com.au within 7 business days of receiving your 

faulty or damaged order, however Alice In LahLah Land can not be held accountable for products being lost or damaged during transit.

 

Please include in your communications your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or fault so that we may assess it. Your photograph must be a full picture of the product including the label so that we can see, clearly, the damage or error claimed on the relevant product.

 

Once we have assessed the product, we will be in touch with you. Refunds will only be given in the event that a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged and is excluding the cost of delivery. Similarly if a replacement product is necessary we will ship it to you as soon as possible (keeping in mind that it may require time 

to create a new product).

 

We do not provide refunds or exchanges simply for change of mind.

 

 

 

PERSONALISED CANDLES

 

Personalised product orders can take up to 7 business days to dispatch. Normal delivery times will apply on top of this time. Alice In LahLah Land apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause to our users.

 

As stated above, we do not provide customers with refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This is because our products are made to order and many of them are specifically personalized to suit you.

 

 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONTENT

 

All designs, logos, artwork and written copy on this website are the property of Alice In LahLah Land. They may not be reproduced in part or whole without the express authority of Alice In LahLah Land.

 

This also applies to any intellectual property that exists on any of our advertising or promotional 

material or social media.

 

 

 

ALICE IN LAHLAH LAND ON SOCIAL MEDIA

 

We love sharing our brand with you via social media. We do, however, have certain standards of behavior and conduct that apply throughout our brand. We reserve the right to block, delete or report any user that we deem as being in breach of these standards. Foul language and abuse in comments will not be tolerated.

 

We invite you to share our pictures on your own social media pages. These images, however, remain at all times the copyright property of Alice In LahLah Land. We ask that users credit us as the owner of those 

images when sharing.

 

We are always thrilled to see our happy customers sharing their own images of our products. We love to share these on our own social media and will always credit you when doing so. By posting a picture of our products we assume that we are able to re- post your image. Please contact us and inform us if you do not wish for your personal images to be shared.

 

 

 

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES OR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS

 

From time to time, there may be links to third party websites, brands or social media accounts provided through the Alice In LahLah Land brand. We do not take responsibility for any information or views expressed on these linked pages. We also do not examine or police the policies on these websites. It is always the responsibility of the user to use their own discretion when engaging in the service of these third parties. We do not take responsibility and are not liable for the content included in any third party publication.

 

 

 

COMPETITIONS, GIVEAWAYS & PROMOTIONS

 

Any promotional competitions or giveaways run through the Alice In LahLah Land brand will include their own set of Terms and Conditions. In general, any promotion will be run for a specified period of time and will include certain requirements to be complied with in order to enter and be considered. All promotional winners will be determined by Alice In LahLah Land based solely on the entry.

 

No employees, friends, family or any persons closely related with the Alice In LahLah Land brand may enter or win any competition, giveaway or promotion run by us.

 

Alice In LahLah Land reserves the right to cancel, suspend, alter or modify any current promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes to promotions will be updated in the Terms and Conditions.
